Last night, Sweden held their annual GRAMMY Awards ceremony, recognizing winners for their hard work over the last year. The Windish Agency is proud of our overseas winners -- First Aid Kit took home an astounding four awards, including Best Album, Best Artist, Best Composer and Best Pop. Icona Pop went home with a win for Best Newcomer, and Steve Angello's group Swedish House Mafia won the award for International Success.

By:Larm's third annual awards ceremony took place this week, a tradition founded on recognizing the year's Best Nordic Album and raising international interest in the region's musical talent. Last night, the 55th annual GRAMMY Awards took place in Los Angeles. With 10 nominations, three wins and one live performance, The Windish Agency's artists had a huge presence. We're so proud! Last Splash turns 20, the Breeders reunite for shows in the US and Europe

Kim Deal, Kelley Deal, Josephine Wiggs, and Jim Macpherson played their first show together on Friday June 19, 1992, in a snooker hall behind Warrington Rugby Club in the north of England, near Manchester. Two days later they supported Nirvana in Dublin and Belfast, and then played at Glastonbury. Back in the US, after playing 27 sold-out shows that fall, they made their way to San Francisco to record Last Splash.
